1 How do I make a claim & what happens if my appliance cannot be repaired?

Should you need to make a claim, simply call our dedicated Claims Team on Free Phone 0800 652 6789. Our dedicated UK based Claims team is on hand to help you 6 days a week. Monday to Friday: 9am – 6pm Saturdays: 10am – 4pm Public Holidays: 10am – 4pm They will help you get your television back up and running as quickly as they can. If your television cannot be repaired then we will offer you a replacement television all as standard under our television Insurance policy.

TV Insurance from Home Appliance Guard includes the cost of repairs, call out charges, evaluation, parts & labour.

We don’t place any restrictions on the age, make or model of the Televisions we offer cover for. As long as your Television is not still under its manufacturer’s warranty or extended warranty, you can take advantage of our Television warranty today. Home Appliance Guard provides unlimited call outs as standard under your Television Cover Policy.

Why cut down more trees for paperwork you don’t need? All the TV Insurance policy paperwork will be emailed directly to you unless you choose to receive it by post.

Damage or faults that arise due to intentional damage or misuse. Existing faults are also not covered. A full list of exclusions can be found in our terms & conditions
