Our Satellite Cover:
- Our sky box warranty includes cover for sky satellite equipment of any age for mechanical and electrical faults as well as accidental damage.
- This satellite insurance cover not only includes a sky box warranty, but the remote control & cabling too.
- You will be covered against the cost of repairs including call outs, evaluation, parts and labour, leaving you with no unexpected bills to pay.
Our Claims Team:
- Need to make a claim on your satellite insurance? Simply call our Claims team on our FREEPHONE number.
- The Claims team are available to help Monday – Friday from 9am – 6pm & 10am – 4pm Saturdays and Bank holidays.
- The team are trained to provide technical support over the phone to resolve the issue in the first instance. If this is not possible we will send out an engineer.
- Home Appliance Guard handpicks approved engineers which are local to you, meaning faster response times.
- The engineers are committed to contacting you within 24-48 hours to arrange a call out at a time that suits you.
- Repairs will be made in your home where possible, minimizing any inconvenience.
- If in the future you need further repairs, you needn’t worry – a Home Appliance Guard satellite warranty provides unlimited call outs with no increase in policy premium.
- If the engineer is unable to repair your satellite equipment, we will send replacement equipment.
- Some things that are not covered in our satellite warranty are: Existing faults, routine maintenance, cosmetic repairs, replaceable accessories, relocation of dish, & commercial use.
- Any claim made within the first 21 days is liable for an excess of £100. After that date no excess will be charged.
- If, after purchasing your satellite insurance policy you decide that the satellite cover doesn’t meet your needs, you can cancel within 21 days of the policy start date & receive a full refund less the cost of any claims.
