  • How do I request a repair & what happens if my appliance cannot be repaired?

    Should you need to request a repair, simply call our dedicated Repair Team on Free Phone 0800 652 6789. Our dedicated UK based Repair team is on hand to help you 6 days a week. Monday to Friday: 9am – 6pm Saturdays: 10am – 4pm Public Holidays: 10am – 4pm They will help you get your Television back up and running as quickly as they can. If your Television cannot be repaired then we will decide to either offer you a replacement Television or a settlement based on the age of the appliance, up to the value of £1000 to go towards a replacement, all as standard under our Television care plan.

  • What is included?

    Television care plans from Home Appliance Guard include the cost of repairs, call out charges, evaluation, parts & labour, with a £1000 repair limit.

  • Are there restrictions on the appliance I can include or the amount of repairs I can have?

    We don’t place any restrictions on the age, make or model of the Televisions we offer care for. As long as your Television is not still under its manufacturer’s warranty or an extended warranty, you can take advantage of our Television plan today. Home Appliance Guard provides unlimited call outs as standard under your Television care plan.

  • What about my documents & paperwork?

    Why cut down more trees for paperwork you don’t need? All the Television care plan paperwork will be emailed directly to you unless you choose to receive it by post.

  • What is not included?

    Damage or faults that arise due to intentional damage or misuse. Accidental damage. Existing faults are also not included. A full list of exclusions can be found in our terms & conditions
